Possible alliance between Triskalia and the D’Aucy group ?

The groups D’Aucy and Triskalia announced last December their intention to join forces to build a new agri-food project. The first objective of the project would be to support the transforming market of the agriculture sector in Brittany caused by the implementation of technologic and agronomic innovations as well as research and development of new opportunities for members. The second objective will aimed at the development of the food industry based on the convergence of the professions and industrial processes, the strategic positioning of strong brands such as D’Aucy or Paysan Breton and the strengthening of its overseas activities. The purpose of the project is to build a cooperative agri-business group focused on agri-products from animal and organic origins which provides added-value to its members and clients in the area – maintaining as such its HQ in Brittany – with international ambitions. The union of the two groups represents a consolidated turnover of €3.1bn (in 2016) with an ambition to reach €5bn by 2025.
